Понятие и феномен травмы: биологический, психологический и социокультурный аспекты

Аннотация: В статье предложен анализ понятия «травма». Автор, преодолевая кризисное состояние изучения этого феномена, истолковывает его на трех уровнях — социальном, психологическом и соматическом, утверждая, что в настоящее время ведущим является психологический. Формулируются проблемы, требующие построения нового понимания травмы. Рассматриваются три варианта становления травмы как идеального объекта в зависимости от того, на каком уровне инициируются изменения целого. Аргументация положений о травме опирается, с одной стороны, на авторское учение о психических реальностях, с другой — на анализ конкретных случаев (кейсов травмы). Обсуждается роль семиотических схем в объяснении как процесса становления травмы, так и ее возможного исцеления.

The concept and phenomenon of trauma: biological, psychological and sociocultural aspects

Abstract: The article proposes an analysis of the concept of "trauma". The author, overcoming the crisis state of studying this phenomenon, interprets it at three levels — social, psychological and somatic, arguing that at present the leading one is psychological. Problems are formulated that require the construction of a new understanding of trauma. Three options for the formation of trauma as an ideal object are considered, depending on the level at which changes in the whole are initiated. The argumentation of the provisions on trauma is based, on the one hand, on the author's teaching about mental realities, on the other hand, on the analysis of specific cases (cases of trauma). The role of semiotic schemes is discussed both in explaining the process of the formation of trauma and its possible healing.
